A company wants to lease 30 acres in Reeves County, Texas. Does anybody know what the per acre dollar amount of these leases are?

Will this be a commercial land farm, or for a singular well?

I assume commercial because it's for an off-site tract, but I'm unsure whether that factor is definitive.

Never mind, it's commercial as they are currently waiting for permit approval. Sorry for the confusion.
