My sister, my brothers and I own minerals in McKenzie County 154-94-31. We have not leased anything in McKenzie County recently. I am wondering what the going rates are in this area at this time.
We are paying $2,000-$4,000 an acre for a lease bonus with a 20% royalty depending on the particulars of the parcel/area.
My mother owns an interest in the minerals in Mckenzie County 153-94-14, do you know what the going rate is in this area and who might be buying?
I assume you are talking about selling the minerals outright? 153-94-14 has two producing wells on it so it would be a function of cash flow and probably be worth quite a bit per acre. We are always buying and have connections to folks that can make you offers for it as well.
