I am negotiating Surface Use and Damage Agreement for our first well up in Divide County. Any info on current going rate for pipelines/flow lines/etc at the $/rod unit would be appreciated. Also if anyone has current surface use rates for drill pads at $/acre impacted would be very helpful.
