I would think now is not a good time to sell. Too much exploration going on in Haskell County at this time to think about selling. Since January 1, 2014 to the present time 24 permits have been approved for new wells to be drilled in Haskell County. That tells me that Haskell County is a hot spot for oil/gas.

Abstract 541. Mostly older dry holes and plugged verticals from what I can see. Regardless, I'll review the permits and see if any operators are interested in leasing. I really appreciate the help.
