For those who have eyes let them see. The major oil companies leasing oil and gas mineral rights in the (TMS) like (Goodrich) are paying mineral owners in Mississippi and Louisana, One Hundred and Fifth to Three Hundred and Twenty Five Dollars ($150.00 to $325.00) per mineral acre? The (TMS) is being compared to the Eagle ford Oil Shale, Play (EFOS). The (EFOS): mineral acre value to-date is going for, Two Thousand to Twenty Thousand Dollars, ( $2000.00 to $20,000) per mineral acre. Again, for those who have eyes let them see? It's an old saying in real estate that goes like this: BUY LOW, AND SALE HIGH.
