Anyone have any info on the going lease bonus offers in/near 7N-5W?
I was offered $1000 per NMA for 3 yrs and 1/5 in 8N-5W. Turned them down however.

Because the leases above were for 1/2 or 50% of the mineral rights the net acres of the leases is half of what is listed, which doubles the per acre amount listed. Nice!
Also, remember what Jake Allen posted on the Comment Wall... "Oklahoma land office can get a better deal for their minerals then an everyday oklahoman or texan who owns minerals because of forced pooling... those in Core SCOOP which is most of Grady county have minerals that are worth far more then most plays in US but because of forced pooling it is rare that an individual mineral owner gets full value."
