Hello, Does anyone have an idea of the amount per acre for mineral sales in this section? I have less than 10 acres there and have a offer but don’t have anything to compare it to.

You are getting offers because Roan resources has an increased density order for that section for at least two more wells.
I have heard of offers from 6700/ac to $19,000/ac in that township. Those will depend upon royalty and future potential wells.
