Has anyone heard of any activity in Sections 3, 15, 16, 21. Township 25N, Range 3W in Grant County?

I did find where Sandridge filed for and got a spacing for a well in 3 but that is all so far I have found.

That is the first step. Hard to say when they will start. Are you leased?

We retained a 1/4 royalty when we sold the land in 1997.

Ron, in the sale we got a 1/4 of interest for a 20 year period best I understand it.

Debby, who signs the lease you or them? What happens after 20 years if it has a well on it? Do you know if it has been leased? Did you sell 160 acres in each section and kept a 1/4th of the royalty?

Ron, someone has to drill a well by 2017 or we lose our royalty interest. Once there is production we keep our interest indefinitely. It’s the same parameters for the other Sections we have. Section 3 was 80 acres. The others were 160. I have a 1/6th of each.

read where sandridge completed a well in 26-26N-3W. does anyone know what the production is? my cousin has some interest. thanks

Debby, I show they recently completed (3/30/13) a salt water disposal (SWD) well. Spud another SWD on 3/1/13 and also spud the Kimmy 2603 #1-26H (API#: 35-053-23169) on 1/28/13 as a Mississippi horizontal producer. I imagine they are all completed by now but the public sources haven't obtained completion information yet.
