Hello all! I’ve been following this forum for months now and decided to join! I have 1/4 mineral rights in the heard well off farm rd 400 outside of plainview. We have leased over 3000 acres in block r to Laredo. Hoping to get info on the heard well, I know they were fracking few months ago. Haven’t heard anything recent though. Any info from locals watching activity would be appreciated!
kb,
After reading your post I sent a message to the Texas Railroad Commission asking for any info on the Heard 4 Well. Soon as I get a response I will post it.
And welcome to Mineral Rights Forum.
Clint Liles
Thank you!

Is there any IP or completion report on the Heard 4 Well #1-Hale County(District 8A)Texas API # 189-30511
Thanks,
Clint Liles
Thanks
According to the RRC website Heard 4 was submitted for completion on July 14 and shows as a shut-in producer. Is it safe to assume that is for further exploration in that field?
Also found this at the bottom of the Completion Report page:
"REMARKS: PLS KEEP DRILLING PERMIT OPEN FOR FUTURE COMPLETION ACTIVITIES"
This is now more than likely a Test Well
