Hello….anyone able to shed light on what I should do? I am the only heir to my mother’s mineral rights/current lease with Tribune in Wetzel County. She passed in 2023, my father passed 3 weeks after her and my only sibling passed away prior to them both. I have provided all the info they have asked for, multiple times. I am not getting response from Tribune now despite e-mailing and leaving voicemails. I have kept up the tax bills in the meantime, who should I turn to for help in getting the back payments and payments moving forward? Thanks for any help!
Try one more email requesting a response and include that you will contact the WV Oil and Gas Commission and report them for non-payment of royalties. Reporting them probably does not have much affect, but it may elicit a response by Tribune. Next step will be Notice by an attorney.
