William, the well was never a large producer, production started January 2011, best month 1,919 barrels oil July 2011, declining from there to 477 bbl, 429 bbl and 327 bbl produced in april ,may and june respectively. Cumulative production as of June of 17,197 bbl oil. The well has never had a pump installed and is still free flowing. I would expect that the addition of a pump could improve the numbers but it's never going to be a great well. Anshutz was the original operator. The current operator is CRESCENT POINT ENERGY U.S. CORP.
I looked it up by the file number but the TRS for that number is 158-97 section 21. The two nearest wells did considerably better than yours although they are not great. I would expect that you would need to wait for another well to be drilled to find the true potential of those mineral acres. The wait may be long since the existing well can hold that spacing for decades. I would still not consider selling it unless you badly need the cash. An offer to buy would probably be a function of 3 years anticipated royalty and the well has underproduced from the beginning and has declined, so I think it would be a bargain if a somewhat long term investment for the buyer. If I did not badly need the money I would speculate by keeping it myself. I hope this helps.

Either the well number is not the API number or you have the wrong Township number. RW reported on the API number but if the township is correct, Hess permitted a well there in 2011. I don't think it was drilled.
