Does anyone know the status of HennesseyOil & Gas of Hennessey OK?
Bizapedia lists the company as inactive on their list. The last contact for registered agent was Kenny Caulder at 115 South Main, Hennessey, OK 73742

If you had particular wells with them, you can check the OCC well Records site to see if there is an operator change. Form 1073.
I spoke on the phone today with someone claiming to be Kenny (of Hennesey O & G). He told me he’d had some health issues recently but was hoping to reestablish production in the well I’d called him about located in 32-11N-22W of Beckham County, OK. He also mentioned he was currently working with the OCC to give him some time as they had apparently asked him to plug that well, which hasn’t produced much of anything since at least 2019.
After speaking with him (after months of not being able to get hold of anyone) I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt…for now… so will not be pressuring him to “plug or produce” as I had initially planned, especially since there’s not much going on adjacent yet right now anyway. Hope this helps you out. For what it’s worth he sounded legit and was polite enough.
