When Hilcorp took over some wells from XTO last year, it took a few months, but eventually they did fix the checks (after many emails). They were showing strange deductions on mine like a marketing fee and other. I sent them an example of my XTO check stub (which I don’t believe I should have had to do), but it did seem to help them figure out how to account for everything. Eventually all of the erroneous charges were reversed. If anyone is still having issues, maybe it will be worth your time to try again to contact them. My checks are typically two months after production month.
One month is not bad. I have company paying my family 2 months behind.
Oil is usually one month behind. Gas is usually two. Not to worry about that. It comes from the way gas production is calculated and the timing of that versus getting checks out.
