I have received many offers to lease or buy the rights in this area. I have not done anything hoping that Comstock will be drilling in the area and maybe a better arrangement can be made. I don’t know how many offers have been extended, but quite a few. Does anyone know more about this area and how feasible it is for more drilling?

You will need to be more specific as to the property location for anyone to offer a credible opinion. Most companies are reducing offer terms during this period of low prices. If you can wait for improving prices or significant discoveries nearby, then you will experience improved terms.
Surprise Valley Resources is Comstock’s main Lease Broker in Leon County. I would not sell any mineral rights.

Thanks. It is in the Brooks, Chandler, Sparks, and Sanchez surveys of Leon and Freestone counties.
First question, are you wanting to sell? If not, you can narrow this to the current general OGL terms. It would be helpful if you share the offers and the terms so you can bet better responses from the forum members.
