I am curious as to what if any changes you might have made after signing…My offer appears quite “Vague” Thanks in advance. Jeff
After a contract is signed, changes are not (usually) allowed. Have a good attorney review any contract before signing as it can hold your family for decades. You might want to also follow the threads in Arkansas and Louisiana regarding lithium. The play is rather new and terms are being discussed in state legislatures.
