Hos to find copy of approved permit

I own land in Oakridge Ranch. Square Mile is supposed to start drilling on my neighbor's property in July. Surveys involved are A. Kuhn, G.W. Brown, R. Dowdy, L. Jones and J. Longley. How can I find a copy of the approved permit?

You can go the the Texas RailRoad Commisions web site and do a W-1 search. When you get to the W-1 page put in Colorado County and the name of the Oil company and/or your neighbors name, and hit enter if it is there it will come up and you can see whose property is in the well Plat, or on the P-12, this will list the owners by name, sometimes the P-12 will not be listed. I hope this will help! The website is a wealth of knowledge, just play with it.

Did a search for all permits issued to Square Mile. It is not showing up yet. I guess if they plan to drill in July they still have time to get the permit.

I was glad to find that I am protected from drainage by the Mineral Interest Pooling Act. At some point, I may be retaining your services! :)
