We have 100 acres of mineral rights in S22, T28S, R23E that is being surrounded with new drilling activity. Vintage petroleum just fracked a new well about 0.5 mile to the northeast, Aera Energy has a new well about 400 feet south from our property line, and Venoco has a new well about 0.5 mile to the northwest. Our acreage is leased to Aera Energy.
Can anyone comment on what might be going on here?
