I have an oil well on my property and having issues with operator not taking care of the well and the well not producing for o we 3 years. He has been violated twice and does enough to move past it. I was told to fine the owners of the mineral rights and start there they supersede him. Any thoughts?
Actually, I would start with the Kentucky oil and gas commission and go through them first since they are the regulatory body.
