Like the title says, my current lease is running out end of the month and i have no idea who the precious lessor sold it to, and they’re not returning calls. Anyone know how to look up this info?
You might try looking in the county courthouse where the minerals are located. They are “supposed” to file the leases there. www.TexasFile.com might be helpful.

You can search for an assignment from your lessee to another company in Ward County deed records. You can look for free on this site, using your lessee as grantor and from your lease date forward.
