How do we find out if our mineral rights are pooled with property around ours in Divide County?

Hi,

The GIS map is showing there is drilling on the other side of the section where we own mineral rights.

Our lease notes 320 gross acres for 1/4 of one section and 1/4 of the section next to it.

How would we know if we are included in the pooling where the drilling is going on?

Our lease is with Continental Resources and, from what I can tell, the drilling is being done by North Plains Energy.

Elizabeth, it's a little hard for me to grasp your particular situarion from your desceiption. I can say this, if you are in a section with the wellbore of a long lateral horizontal well passing through it, you should receive royalty from it. I would need the legal descriptions to research and possibly say more.
