Terry I guess you are leased and ferrell is wanting to buy . The closest well I could find with any long term production numbers was in 17-2-4 and for the ten months from 2/12 to 11/12 it would have paid a 3/16th royalty interest about $2500 an acre a year before any deductions. 17 is about a mile se of you. There are many very good wells in 2-4 ,some section already more then one well which should be the case for most section in 2-4 in time, that $2500 above is for one well . That is why ferrell wants to buy.
