We own a percentage of an oil lease in Howard County in Cohoma Tx. Survey Block 31 Survey T & P RR CO Section SW/4 24. Reference info 31 1N SW/4 24 16. 160 acres. We have not been contacted for lease agreement information since 2016. How do I find out if it is leased? Marla Carter

Bayswater has the two wells on the north central portion of section 24. They have a permit just to the west of you in section 23 so you may hear from them if you are not leased.
You can go to https://www.texasfile.com/ for Howard County and do a review of your section. The RRC will have production records as well as the various purchasers related to the property. Good luck.
