Hello all, I have mineral rights in Roger Mills, OK 02-17n-25w. I inherited the rights and have done searches OCC and have found copies of the leases, but no where does it say how many acres. What should be my next step.
Thank you in advance.

Time to do some Real “Landman” work. You will need to go back in the deed Records to the point where the surface is separated from the minerals or vice versa. Then trace conveyance and appropriate percentages to where your predecessor acquired it. Then family percentages separated until it hits Your percentage.
Which means I have to go in and page thru the books?
You can do as much as possible online. Then you may or may not have to resort to some hard time in Deed Records of the Roger Mills Courthouse.
Contact the Division Order analyst for Mewbourne Oil. They have the Sylvia 2 CO 2HT well which is probably spaced to include the whole section which would include your acreage. Tell them that you just inherited and need to get into pay status and ask them how many net acres you have and what lease or force pooling is holding the acres. Have the name of your ancestor and be ready to provide probate information, death certificate, etc.
