How to find production of a well

I’m trying to find the production of a well by the Stephens company. I have the test results from April last year but can’t find out anything else. Got on OCC site and came up with a dead end. Operator # 23030 Blevins # 1-18-7H Sec 18 17n 3w

Would appreciate some info on how to look that up.

Gary when you go to the link Ron gave you go down to legal and put in 07-17N-03W since that is the bottom of the hole for that well and it is only showing sales for April and June 2013, need to call the operator and see what is going on.

The PUN is 083-210500-0-0000 I only saw a couple of months of production.

Blevins 2-18-7H is 083-211409-0-0000 No production numbers on it

http://occpermit.com/wellbrowse/ is usually the first place I check, but it wasn't much help this time.

You can always call them.

The OTC site can be hit or miss. The OCC will not have results on the well browse because it is an "oil" well instead of a "gas" well. However the purchasers do submit reports that are imaged by the OCC. You can secrch the records for Shell by number 21226. http://imaging.occeweb.com/imaging/OGProd.aspx

Then using the production unit number, you can see the oil sales reported for the month.

Here are 6 months worth for it and also #2.

In Texas they would require an oil well that ends up being gas well to "move" into the gas category but in OK, if initially developed as an "oil well" it is going to be in the Tax records and not in the Corp Comm. website

It's just another example of how pitiful the state record keeping is when you compare it to Colorado or Wyoming's sites which are so much more user friendly.

Arkansas is just about as bad but you don't have to chase down numbers from the tax commission. They actually use the same GIS interface in the GIS map as OK....which is a pitiful and down right crummy GIS. Really, compared to Colorado or Wyoming, it sucks putty balls.

Stephens Production Company (SPC) explores for and produces natural gas and oil. Acquired in the early 50's through a series of acquisitions, SPC is one of the largest privately owned, independent natural gas companies in the U.S.
