I need a Landman in Carter and Stephens Co, OK

Our family recently discovered our father secured mineral rights back in the 50's and 60's on about 10 different Sections in Stephens and Carter Co, OK. We do not know what our net mineral interests are. Can anyone recommend a reputable landman in that area that we could hire to find out what we have?

I would recommend Brad Odom. He is very connected in the area. He is also a mineral owner in Stephens Co. He is on this forum.

Ann, I have seen some of your replies in the forum...I see you recommended Brad from Ardmore. My grandfather was old oil - mayor of ardmore at one time...and I just wondered if you had heard of him..he dealt alot with Curtis Williams and they played the oil business together. I am trying to find the children of some of his friends to find out information that has to do with my holdings and really don't have a resource and thought you might know. I know scott Heller of ardmore knows the old boys and said he would help me if I needed but I need a cmm or lawer that I can trust and that knew the family...andy riddle was my grandfathers attorney and he also was friend with the craigheads. I see co's all the time with the same last name and can oly assume they might be the children, grandchildren etc. do you live in ardmore?

I need to set the record straight - I have not recommended anyone named Brad.

If it's the Brad Odom mentioned in an earlier post, I've never heard of him.

I have mentioned Brad. He has helped my family and is a very helpful person. I still text him from time to time with questions. He is also on this forum as he owns minerals in Stephens County.
