I am the owner of mineral rights in Cleveland County (30-T6N-1E) and Oklahoma County (25-11N-1W). I’m interested in staying informed about any recent developments in these regions. Surprisingly, I haven’t received any communication from anyone regarding my mineral interests. I would sincerely appreciate any information or updates you might have.

Make sure that your name and address are properly filed in the county courthouse for each set of minerals. The OCC will usually send mailings if there is any pending case activity. Not exactly sure if they do international maiings though.
Capstone leased one tract in sec 30-6N-1E in 2022. Nothing since then.
I don’t see anything new in 25-11N-1W.
