And now 25 years later I’ m a letters wanting to lease my property. Why?

Ask whomever is trying to lease how they got your name and if they have checked its title. A lot of times, they do a wide sweep first in leasing without really checking title.

I would not warranty title in any lease other than agree to return any consideration (bonus) money.

Than you very much. I thought that maybe the sale I made only covered the sale of that particular well and that I might still retain rights to further exploration.

I see my name in the site too. I don’t know anything about the conversion mortgage though. I need a manager for my mineral properties. I have to find help to clean this up.
