Increased density application for a new well

There is a lot of activity in this section all of a sudden. 21-6-4 McClain County That is good! I received an increased density application for a new well only in this section (21) for the Deese Common Source. In the application it states, “Applicant does not believe the existing well can adequately and efficiently develop the entire unit…”. Question: What “existing” well are they speaking of? As far as I know, there are no wells in this section that are operating in the Deese CSOS. Also, all wells in this section include both 21 and 28. Why only a single well in 21 and not both 21& 28? Just seems odd.

We would need a little more information to look up the area. T6_? and R4_? Operator name helps as well.

21/28-6N-4W. There is an additional case for section 28. Sometimes they do them together for a multiunit well and sometimes they do not. Case 2024-002867 is the location exception for a mutliunit well. Case 2024-002866 is the multiunit horizontal case.

It will be called the Indultado 0604 28-21-5OXH. The current wells go through the Deese so are perhaps capable of producing some day. If the next well is successful, they may go back and infill between the other wells which are producing in other reservoirs.
