A Final Order for Increased Density was granted to Continental Resources for Section 32, Township 7 North, Range 6 West, Grady County, OK per documentation sent to us because of our lease. Since then, our lease has expired. Did any activity ever happen?
AND, thank you to this site for providing names for attorneys. We have one we like in West VA working on heirship.
Your lease may not have expired if production is still in progress. Leases have a primary term (usually about three years in OK) in which an operator may drill. If they do, and they come up with a productive well, then the lease moves into the secondary term which usually last as long as there is production under the terms of the lease.
Section 32-7N-6W has production from the Continental Resources. If you are not getting paid royalties on the Cunningham horizontal wells, then you need to contact Continental Resources and find out if you are in suspense. The wells have been online for several years.
Do you have the case number from the Increased Density case?

Hello again,
The Order Number was 710095 for the increased density Final Order. It lists Section 32, Township 7 North, Range 6 west but our “property” is 96 acres at Section 32, 7N, 7W. On the state site I see Lou Williams still not closed but find it hard to believe any production.
Meanwhile we are fighting with what was SW Energy over heirship in W.VA.

Lou Williams 1 was P&A (Plugged & Abandoned). Last production was 4/2016. It produced about 4BCF of gas and a very small amount of oil.
Case 2002000364 Order 710095 is six miles to the west of you.
If you are looking at a lease, you may not have 96 acres as the lease usually lists the gross tract, not the net acres.
