Increased well density relief

I received two notices for increased well density relief on two leases I have in Ellis county. Section 28 township 19N range 25 west and Section 33 township 19N range 25 west. What exactly does this mean and what happens next?

In short, they are wanting to drill a new well. An operator can only drill one well in a spacing unit. If they want to drill additional wells they have to get an increased density which is asking for more than 1 well to be drilled in a spacing unit. As a mineral owner you are receiving notice. If you don’t have an objection to the increased density, hopefully they will drill the additional well and you will get paid on that well too.
