Looking for some insight on the current level of pricing per acre for leasing in or near my acres in Sec. 30 8N 4W in McClain Co. OK. The closest I can get to compare my offers is the pooling (in March) for Sec. 28 & 29, 9N 4W. That pooling was per acre : $5000 with 3/16, $4850 with 1/5 and $4000 with 1/4. I know the lease language is the most important part and I believe I have that part covered. Also, a concern would be to deal with a Company that is fair…again, I believe I’ve covered that topic. My question is more related to if there are any facts that could affect the pooling dollar numbers from 28 & 29 compared to my Sec. 30, 8N 4W or any other info which you more experienced people might know. I can say that just by reading the questions and answers in this site it has made me more aware of my mineral rights. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks, Rick B.
