I would get a copy of it and start your investigation from there.

Can I ask who the seller or buyer is as listed on the deed? I have previously contacted the County District Attorney and the oil companies themselves to report what I thought were fraudulent transactions. One particular fraudulent company is based out of Miami and I know there is an ongoing investigation.
