Hello, My dad had a Mineral Deed in his lockbox when he passed along with other olde stock certificates. I am hoping for advice, guidance and ultimately some good news, all help will be appreciated. The section is the west, of section 34, Township 159 N, Range 94 W. Burke County ND.
Any thoughts on where to start? Or does anybody know if this is parcel is active?
Also, it is dated 1953.
