Received bonus offer from BJK for $250/acre for 3 years with a 2-year option for $200/acre and 17% commission. I have 1.67 acres at 162N 97W section 8. Total bonus amount is $427.50- is this comparable with other offers/leases in that area?
are last lease was around that but I think the bonus was 400 and 17 was better than ours

Welcome to the forum. I am not a fan of the two year option as it ties you down too long, may not be competitive and you are at their mercy in that time frame.
