I have mineral rights in Lea County currently not under lease. I am interested in leasing approximately 42 net mineral acres. They are located as follows:
Section 12 & 13, Township 15S, Range 35E Section 29, Township 14S, Range 36E
Not sure how indicative of the entire market this it, but below you can find the results from the state of New Mexico oil lease sales. There are a number in neighboring T&Rs that should give you some idea as to bonus consideration and companies that would be interested in leasing this area.

Township 15 South, Range 36 East, N.M.P.M. Section 14: S/2 NW/4 & N/2 SW/4

I had them leased thru the end of 2018, They were never drilled. I have not had any calls since then. I will let you know if anyone calls.
Luke, yes, we are related. It sounds as though this sector of the county is not too bountiful in oil or gas. Keep me informed of any developments there.
