There has been a recent filing by Iofina Resources LLC regarding Brine Unitization is dozens of sections in Blaine & Kingfisher Counties. For example, see Cause 2024-002632. There are several “Memorandum of Brine Lease” recorded in these counties, so the terms of the lease are not public. The respondents include those who have signed these leases, plus numerous operators. Iofina claims that 55% of the ownership has (or will be obtained). Any comments about this are appreciated. A general explanation of their intent, and an understanding of who gets paid for their operations would be interesting.
