Is there a time limit to make a claim for royalty payments?

While my siblings and I try to figure out how much we are willing to spend to clear title of our grandmother’s 5 net mineral acres in Lea County, we wonder how much money might be held in suspense for this property and how long before it reverts to New Mexico or the oil company. My aunt, uncle and mother leased it for 5-10 years in the 70’s after my grandmother died. Those three have all passed now.
Is there a time limit in New Mexico to make a claim? Thanks so much
