I own minerals in Roberts Co Sec 7 blk 2, Locke 4, Locke 6 - producing Sec 8 blk 2 Agatha #2 - producing The production on these is less than $350 a year so I’m considering selling these. Is there anything going on that would warrant keeping these?

It seems as if some gas export terminals are being built on the coast. Not much will happen until they are built. I wouldn’t sell.
