Is there oil on my plot of land

Question regarding this plot of land.

“BLOCK D, CCSD & RGNG RR. Co. Survey, A-1380, Upton County, Texas”

Does anyone know if oil is likely to be found here? My family has rights to 160 acres.

Thank you so much. I know that the property has a lease and it looks like from this map that there are 2 areas with permits. Is that correct?

I did not look at any leases or things, I just provided an image of the area. I would let some else answer your question as I may not give you the correct one. :slight_smile: MK

The red well you see on the far east side of the blue A-1380 is the Diamondback Energy Halamicek 7901H. It was drilled in 2001 and is considered to be a gas well. It has produced a bit of oil/condensate and over a half BCF of gas.
