I have partial mineral rights interest. I have just received an offer for $300 per net mineral acre and 1/5 royalty, “including a two year renewal option under the same terms.” Does this sound about standard?
Leon County - Just starting the process, but early information on my partial mineral rights lease offer is $500 per mineral acre---no royalty amounts mentioned yet. That's why I joined this forum---to see if $500 is too low.
