Does anyone know if there is any new activity going on in the James Latham Survey in Rusk County TX. We were working with an oil company who had cleared the area, put in a pad and fencing with gate and was ready to start building to drill for natural gas and the land owners got an attorney involved and everything went south. Not sure how that could happen but it did back in 2017 and I have not heard from any landmen since then.
Good Morning Cathy. At this time I see no new activity in the Latham Survey or in that area of Rusk County. I did see the permitted location for the Buckner Gas Unit. The P-12 showed that you had 152 acres in that unit.
