The next step will be to build many more natural gas and crude oil processing plants in the Delaware and western Permian basins, tie them into these new pipelines to the ports of Texas and ship refined products (liquified natural gas, fuel oil, diesel, gasoline, lube oils.)…etc to those ports for export worldwide.
