Are you possibly talking about B J Kadrmas Oil Company out of Dickinson? If so, then they are a leasing company probably working for an operator.
Yes they r out of North Dakota

You need to give a complete legal description. That includes Township, Range and Section Number(s)…and perhaps the quarter section descriptions as well. Township 28 stretches all the way across Montana. Township 28 in Roosevelt County is represented here: (not sure it will upload) Basically involves the township through which Hwy 2 passes, from the ND border to Bainville, to Culbertson, to Brockton and west.
