Most recently in the limelight: Obama’s late-March (2012) approval of the TransCanada Cushing Extension, which extends from Cushing, OK — the self-proclaimed “pipeline crossroads of the world” — to Port Arthur, TX, where oil would be placed on the global export market.
This was important enough to bring a visit to Cushing last spring, I just wonder how, or if, it is progressing? Would the full length, all the way to Canada, pose any handicap to our own local transportation to the Gulf, or would it be a case of "the more the merrier?"
