I own mineral rights in Section 17 Township 20, and have been approached by McDonald Land Services. It is my understanding that they will be fracking for gas. Does anyone who lives in the area have any problem with this procedure? I have heard bad things about it.

I have no personal knowledge of the fracking process/problems. There is information available on the internet of unknown reliability. You might look at the CO State web site at http://ogcc.state.co.us/. They have some info on this subject.
