Our farm had the mineral rights leased when we purchased it 12 years ago.
We have been getting gas royalty checks monthly since we purchased.
What rights,if any, do I have when the leasee wants to drill a well on the farm now.

Yes I think my question has been answered. I find the lease is owned by the company CNX Gas which is owned by Consol Energy. We have been contaced by this company and understand now what rights we have.
