Need to hire landman or attorney in Weld County to help with new approved wells on 5N67W Sec4 NW…Not sure who/what’s involved. Thanks for any referrals…Lynn
What work are you requiring? That will tell whether you need a landman or an attorney or neither.
We received info from Kerr Mcgee/occidental on the new wells going in, but not sure how or if this involves us. We have low producing wells on upper portion of this land, but new wells are going in below that. The offers have increased quite alot, so wondering if we are included.
You are included, below is the unit spacing:

You can observe qualified professionals (often with localized expertise) who provide services to mineral owners right here on The Mineral Rights Forum. You will notice them in 3 different places on the site:
-
in display image ads or text links on site
-
in our Mineral Service Provider Directory in the main navigation bar above. These are arranged by professional discipline.
-
as a Business Member participating in many conversations throughout the site (note the blue colored “B” on their picture and blue text on their posts).
These practitioners are often able to provide the specific (and often localized) services that meet your needs.
