No Landseer Corporation LLC registered in Oklahoma, but there is a Landseer Exploration LLC in Oklahoma City. They have a website without a phone number....http://www.landseerexploration.com/contacts.html

Thank you, Bryan. I've emailed them, but have had no reply. I'm in the dark and anticipate remaining there. I had no idea that after I signed a lease with Magnolia Resources that communication would abruptly cease.

It took me a while to track down a number for Magnolia Resources which has the same address as Landseer (which turned out to be a box at a UPS Store). Try 405-752-8000. They answer the phone as Turner Oil & Gas and I have worked with Turner before. After asking lots of questions they indicated that leases are often negotiated by smaller shell companies and then they sell them to bigger companies. In other cases the bigger companies are trying to stay anonymous in the transaction. I hope this helps.
Turner Oil and Gas is a land "brokerage" company. They do the field work or busy work that operations companies don't have time to do, or don't have manpower to do. Most drilling companies use these brokerage outfits to do their courthouse and leasing work. Turner is notorious for creating "secretive" entities to conduct leasing with so that their client remains private.
I want to update all of you who responded to my question. I located my deed and received payment for my lease agreement with Landseer/Magnolia Resources. Thank you all for your help on this. I certainly appreciated it.
