I have 700+ ac in Lawrence Co, KY leased to Abarta at 12.5%. Anybody know what these are worth? Thanks.

I can help you with that, but if I were you I’d hold onto it and just lease it out. Bc you may end up selling it verey cheap for what it could produce in years to come.
