I am just curious if anyone knew of a N.D. probate lawyer that doesn't require the payment upfront. I have called many different lawyers from all around the state, but they all have said that they can not trust out of state people with the payment. And, is 1300-1500 dollars normal for a lawyer.
I'm having the same problem. The last one wanted $1,500 up front for them to look at my case and see if they would like to take it - no refunds! Our family is not used to this. Brita
